Mr. Upali Warnakulasooriya, Chairman of Tutor Educational Institute Pvt Ltd, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in both local and internationally reputed organizations. A graduate of the University of Colombo with a B.Com (Special) degree, he also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from PIM Sri Lanka, an MBA from the USA, and has completed professional qualifications including Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and Chartered Management Institute – Professional Consultancy (Chartered Management Consultant – ChMC Pending).

He is a strong believer in continuous learning and professional growth, and this passion drives his commitment to empowering individuals through education, career development, and mentorship.
